This weekend event is the perfect opportunity to celebrate with over 70 international pinot noir winemakers and 60 northwest chefs. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvery year since 1987\, the small Oregon town of McMinnville has been host to one of the most remarkable events in the world of wine\, The International Pinot Noir Celebration (IPNC). Bringing together winemakers and wine lovers from across the world\, it’s a joyful occasion where wine is put in its proper context: rather than just being a mega-tasting where the wine is sniffed\, slurped and spat\, the delegates actually get to drink some stuff\, paired with some very good food. \n\n\n\n\n\nA long-standing tradition of the IPNC\, the Salmon Bake dramatically showcases wild pacific salmon roasted on an alder fire. It’s educational\, it’s fun and it’s an all-around tasty way to spend some time in San Antonio.  \n\n\n\n2024 \n\n\n\n\n\nHosted by Culinaria\, the conference will include seminars\, parties\, spirit-focused dinners\, and activities at neighborhood bars. Some of the seminars\, including three-day intensives on bartending\, spirits and hospitality.
