Overcast
A unique twist on the classic Dark and Stormy cocktail, inspired by the moody weather often associated with the Pudget Sound.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dark Rum (choose a robust dark rum for depth)
- 4 oz. Sparkling Water
- 0.5 oz. Ginger Concentrate (Portland Syrups)
- 0.5 oz. Green Chartreuse (for herbal complexity)
- Lime Wheel Garnish
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Pour ginger concentrate and soda into glass
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice
- Add the Green Chartreuse and dark rum
- Gently stir to combine
- Garnish your "Overcast" with a lime wheel
