The annual San Antonio Cocktail Conference, which took place in the Alamo City from 2012 through 2020, had become legend. Following COVID-19, Taranto Etheredge says that they heard from influential members of the industry, like Michael Neff of Bar Loretta and Kristina Zhao of Sichuan House, that there was a hole that needed to be filled. That vacancy gave rise to the Third Coast Cocktail Summit.

The Third Coast Cocktail Summit is the realization of a group of dedicated industry leaders bringing together the events and topics that showcase the San Antonio cocktail scene. It’s educational, it’s fun and it’s an all-around tasty way to spend some time in San Antonio. 

Hosted by Culinaria, the conference will include seminars, parties, spirit-focused dinners, and activities at neighborhood bars. Some of the seminars, including three-day intensives on bartending, spirits and hospitality. Some events are targeted toward cocktail professionals while others, are meant just as much for the home bartender.
